During this discovery session we will establish a connection, evaluate your individual situation and identify the areas of your life that require your attention as well as discuss the goals and level of desired change.

"Foundation": The Basics 4 weeks
Embark on a journey of wellness:
Beginning with an assessment and establishing goals, focused on nutrition, sleep, physical activity, stress management and more.
Includes 4 consultations, 60 minutes each (to be completed within 30 days)

"Flourish": Intermediate 12 weeks
Embark on a journey of wellness with results.
Beginning with an assessment and establishing goals, focused on nutrition, sleep, physical activity, stress management and more.
Continuing with hands on step by step improvement, followed by integration.
Includes 12 consultations, 60 minutes each (to be completed within 90 days)

"Transformation": Advanced Coaching 24 weeks
This transformational program lays the foundation of goal setting and gradually develops and builds the necessary tools for self care including, but not limited to nutrition, sleep, physical activity, mindfulness, non-toxic living all while focusing on advanced integration and sustained change.
Includes 24 sessions, 60 minutes each (to be completed within 180 days)

After three decades of being immersed in the study of healthy living and two decades of Tai Chi practice, I am excited to share and encourage your on your path to wellness.
